Language Isn’t About Travel. It’s About Connection.
You know your students learn best when what they study comes alive. For almost 30 years, we’ve helped teachers turn that belief into a journey: nine days in Costa Rica where students live the language, work alongside local peers, and contribute to the communities that welcome them.
Inspire a life-time of engagement
We handle the logistics, safety, and local partnerships, so you can focus on what matters most: watching your students connect, grow in confidence, and return home with a deeper commitment to learning and to the world beyond the classroom. Tell us your goals, and we’ll help you design a trip that fits your curriculum, your group, and your budget.
We give teachers a rare opportunity to see their students experience everyday life in rural Costa Rica, not a version staged for visitors. Your students are guests of our public school community. With over 1100 local high school students, there is plenty of fun opportunities to share.
❋ What sets us apart?
We believe in honest engagement that values every young person, bringing together the energy and spirit of visiting and local teens to open dialogue, share their talents, and discover how much they have in common.

Glimpse of a 9 day student trip
Your 9-Day Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival & Welcome
Your group is met at the airport by our team and transferred to your host community. After settling in, students join a welcome dinner and orientation to meet local peers, settle-in and preview the week ahead.
Days 2–6: Community Engagement
Five days at the heart of the experience. Students work side by side with local youth on community projects from art to environmental, join Spanish conversation sessions, and take part in daily life through shared meals, games, and cultural activities. Each day builds confidence, friendships, and real-world language use. Evenings include movie night, game encounters, indoor sports, music exchange, night hike/bonfire, city fiestas.
Day 7: Waterfalls & Hot Springs
A day to explore Costa Rica’s natural wonders. Students hike to a waterfall through tropical forest, then relax in volcanic hot springs, a well-earned reward after a week of service and connection.
Day 8: Beach Day
A full day on the Pacific coast to swim, play, and celebrate together. It’s a chance for students to reflect on their journey and enjoy one last day with the group.
Day 9: Departure
After breakfast and a farewell, our team transfers your group to the airport for the trip home.
